Hi,

I am currently looking to sublet my bedroom for 6-8 weeks. It is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located walking distance to the Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Tennis Court. Extremely well connected to 2 stations: Wimbledon (trains and tube) and Southfields (district line), with 3 different buses running timely. You will also have access to the Wimbledon and Putney Commons, which is brilliant for walking/running, if you are into that.

About the flat and the flatmate you will be sharing with: It is a beautiful flat, recently repainted and is maintained to the highest standards. Both myself and my live-in landlady are quiet people who like to have a routine. So we would prefer someone who can respect that and appreciates peace and quiet naturally 😊

The landlady works 5 days a week 8 am - 7 pm, as a real estate agent - a kind and friendly woman who I have enjoyed sharing a space with for almost 2 years. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared and we take turns cleaning these spaces each week.

It is a peaceful location and very well connected to the city. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and friendly.

All amenities, including council tax, are included. You will have a dedicated wardrobe and shelves in the kitchen. Happy to do a viewing in person or virtually.
