We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in South Wimbledon this June, as our current housemate is moving in with his partner.

The room overlooks the back garden and the park behind the house, so it’s nice and peaceful. It’s best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, though there is space to fit a desk if needed. Rent is £788 per month excluding bills, which come to around £100/£110.

You’ll be living with Hanna, Marissa, and Carl. Hanna and Marissa work for the NHS, and Carl is a graphic designer. We’re typically in the office 2–4 days a week, with Marissa working shifts.

We all have our own routines and busy schedules during the week, but we enjoy catching up in the evenings over dinner or TV when we can. We also hang out occasionally on weekends if people are around.

We’re looking for someone who values a relaxed, homely atmosphere, someone who wants a place to properly live in not just somewhere to sleep.
