Double Room in a Friendly Professional House Share

Hi, we have a double room available in our lovely house share perfectly located between Wimbledon and Raynes Park on a quiet cut du sac.

Currently there are three ladies, who moved in separately but have now become good friends. It's a really happy, friendly household with a lovely energy. We all have our own lives but we catch up while cooking together and enjoy cosy nights in.

The room available is large and neutral in colour. We share a bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, large storage room and lovely garden.

All bills are included except utility bills (electricity, gas, water) which we all aim to keep very low.

Our land lady is amazing! We get on really well and she always comes to sort any issues promptly.

The room is available from June 6th.
