The flat is five minutes on foot from Willesden Junction, which is on the boundary of zones 2/3. The Overground offers a fast connection to Euston Station as well as frequent services to Stratford, Clapham Junction and Richmond. On the Bakerloo Line it takes less than 25 mins to reach Oxford Circus.

I’m retired now but worked for many years as an English Language teacher and spent quite a bit of time living and working abroad, so I get on well with people of different ages and from different cultures.

These days I spend a lot of my time at home enjoying the peace and quiet of the flat, so I’m really looking for someone who is busy during the day, out working or studying etc. - someone who wants the room mainly as a place to come home to and where they can feel totally relaxed.

At the same time, I'm a very easy-going, sociable sort of person who enjoys good conversation and the company of others, so it would be nice to have someone in the flat to share the odd meal with and occasionally spend some time with.

The flat is just a short walk from Harlesden town centre, home to many different cultures, and its cafes, restaurants and takeaways cater to a wide variety of different tastes. There are two large supermarkets and many smaller shops offering a good selection of relatively cheap food including fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.
