Rent is £890pcm. Total bills (including a fortnighly cleaner for the communal areas) is roughly £65 per housemate per month. Household supplies (toilet paper and other boring bits, as well as home improvements - we recently jazzed up the patio area) are split equally five ways via an app

Room is on second floor, single step access at front door and the bathrooms are only accessible via stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues unfortunately

Landlord requirements:
1) Reliable income of at least £35k/year (may accept savings to support you
for six months, or a guarantor)
2) Contract of employment
3) Previous landlord's reference
