I'm looking for a new flatmate. I have lived in this property for almost two years, and it has been lovely.
The house is functional and energy-efficient. The rooms are spacious and East facing, so tons of sunlight with big windows. Its managed by a prompt and supportive agent. It was originally unfurnished, but over time, I have furnished it, so you would not need to worry about furniture. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture for the bedroom, that is absolutely fine.
You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and storage room with me.
Council Tax is Band B, Gas and Electricity is British Gas.
About me: I am a working professional who enjoys cooking, keeping the space clean and tidy, looking after my plants, and spending quiet, cosy evenings at home. I am looking for someone respectful, considerate, and mindful of work-life balance.
Ideally, I am looking for someone who works full-time or hybrid.
The neighbourhood is quiet and well connected:
• 10 minutes to Shadwell station
• 15 minutes to Whitechapel station
• 15 minutes to Stepney Green station
• 20 minutes to Limehouse station
There are Iceland, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all within a 10–15 minute walk, as well as local markets nearby.
