Bright Ensuite Room in Westminster (Jun–Aug)

Please contact me if you are a full-time student. Looking for someone to take over my contract at Urbanest Victoria, as I’m planning to move out in June. The lease runs until the end of August. The accommodation accepts only full-time students.

I already paid most of the rent in advance, so the remaining monthly payments are very low. To take over the contract, you would pay me £4,000 upfront, and then pay the remaining monthly instalments directly to the accommodation provider.

• 8-minute walk to Victoria and St. James’s Park Underground stations
