The living room

George and I have recently found this incredible bright and spacious flat a mere 30 seconds from Lambeth North tube station and we're looking for a third flatmate to share the space with for the month of August.

We're both very sociable and like to hang out together so we'd ideally be looking for someone who would fit into that environment. Both of us are phd students at imperial so we would prefer another student for the council tax situation.

Your room comes completely furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair. We have a large living room with a bay window with a nice view, furnished with sofa, cupboards and dining table. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. There is also a rooftop terrace with views of much of central London.
