Zone 1, Waterloo

Hello 🤗🤗 I'm subletting my amazing room from 26th June till September, can be flexible for timings maybe October.

I have been living here for 3 years and the room is big, lots of light, desk, TV, we have a nice living room where everyone can use it, and a nice balcony. Very well equiped kitchen with air fryer, dishwaser, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave,, etc.
The room has a double bed, desk, sofa. I usually study in my desk and work out from my room or The Gym just crossing the road!
My flatmates are amazing and very easy going and chill.
Ideally we're looking for someone quiet, respectful.
The other flatmates working full time and spend quite a lot time in their rooms as well.
We are 5 minutes to Lambeth North station and Waterloo, 10 minutes to Southwark. We can walk to Southbank and London Eye ( we can also see the London Eye from our balcony).
I believe it's an amazing central place and I walk and cycle everywhere around.
I am looking for someone to look after my room as I really love it and also the house and the flatmates as the atmosphere is really nice and chill.
