Double Room in Wapping

Hi, our housemate is sadly moving out, so looking for someone to take over her room, which is available to move in from Mid-May or can be flexible depending on circumstances.

This is a 4-bed house, with a communal open-plan kitchen/lounge with a paved garden. The house is an ideal location with amazing transport links into central and East London; nearest tube station is Tower hill which is roughly a 20 min walk away. Or alternatively, you can get the overground (Windrush) from Wapping, which takes approx. 15 mins. St. Katherine's docks is close by which has lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants on the waterfront.

The rent is £960 per month, excluding bills and a cleaner who comes every 3-weeks. Bills come to about £100 a month. Deposit is 5 weeks.

Ideally, we are looking for a working professional (in the office or hybrid preferably) who is clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces; also someone who loves a catch-up in the kitchen whilst also enjoying their own downtime. This is a fairly relaxed house, so no frequent party-goers!

Bit about me if you feel like we'll get along: I'm 26, working in the city as a data analyst. Currently, my fav pastimes are going to cute local coffee shops to read a book, reformer pilates, long walks, loooove the cinema (I have an ODEON membership, which I highly recommend), and hanging out with my friends on the weekend!!
