About the flat
It’s a bright 2-bed flat in Wandsworth, South West London. Super handy location – walking distance to Wandsworth Town station and East Putney tube. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

The room
Good-sized double with high ceilings and a 2 big windows, so it gets loads of light. There’s space for a WFH desk, and it comes furnished (but still easy to make it your own).

Flatmate
You’d be living with Ellen (28) – she’s friendly, easygoing, and great to live with. She works a hybrid schedule (mix of WFH and office days), enjoys a chat now and then but also respects personal space, and likes to keep the flat clean.

Our lease is ending, but Ellen’s planning to stay on. I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to join her on the new lease and take my room.

Ideally we need someone confirmed by 8th May so the landlord can start referencing etc.
