Double room in great south London house

Double room available in 4 bedroom house in South London, we are three professional working women who love socializing and having fun but not a party household.
We have all lived in the property between four and six years and absolutely love it here the landlord is super helpful and really responsive and there are no agencies between us and him.
Brand new kitchen and all the walls repainted in the last year, kitchen living room dining room and small patio garden alongside the bathroom are shared spaces that we regularly use and catch up in.

Double bedroom is available from the beginning of May the landlord does require references and that can take around 10 days to complete alongside various other credit checks and bits and pieces due to the new rules so please do bear that in mind.

We are also a queer and trans friendly household and you must be that in order to live with us!

Rent is £642.50 a month with bills between £80 and £100 a month depending on our usage.

We're looking for someone who is super friendly but also enjoys quiet nights in, we love living in this house and want someone to come join us and take part in the household as a whole from watching TV to general daily chores!

Please know one of us does work in the alcohol industry so you have to be cool with booze being around but we are not a party household!
