Spacious Double Room in Wandsworth

Double room available in a friendly house in Wandsworth, shared with young professionals.

You’d be living with 5 others (3 girls and 2 guys), all in our mid-20s to early-30s. Everyone’s got their own routines and does their own thing, but we do occasionally head out for a pub quiz or a drink together. It’s a relaxed house and everyone is respectful of each other’s space during the week, so it’s definitely not a party house.

You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate (female).

Location:
• 5 mins walk to Southside Shopping Centre and a big Sainsbury’s
• 10 mins walk to Wandsworth Town station
• Around 10 mins by bus to Clapham Junction or East Putney

Who we’re looking for:
We’re ideally looking for a guy aged around 25–35 to keep the balance of the house similar. Someone tidy, easygoing, and comfortable living in a shared house.

A few practical bits:
Rent is £830pcm, bills are usually around £100pcm, and we take it in turns to pay for a cleaner.

The successful applicant will need to go through referencing and a credit check, and must meet UK Right to Rent requirements.
