Cosy room in Victorian house

Hello,

We have a beautiful room for rent in our recently finished loft. We are seeking another female working professional.

The room comes fully furnished with brand new super king bed, mattress and bedside tables, fireplace and 55in flatscreen TV, along with newly built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. There is a bathroom directly next to the room, which will be shared with 1 other person.

You'll be sharing the house with a family of four, one other housemate. and two cats.

My wife (43F) and I (45F) work full time (teacher and sales director) and both kids (7yrs old & 2yrs old) are in school or nursery during the day. Evenings are a little busy for us, so you'd have to be okay with kids and the noises that come with kids. Our 7 year old girl is very chill and sweet. She's into art, and all things unicorns. Our 2 year old is a happy and busy little guy, and both adore our current housemate and will likely adore you as well.

Our other housemate (37F) is absolutely lovely and her job keeps her constantly on the move. So, you'll rarely see her. She is home only 3 days a week and has a very busy social life.

We have two cats (couscous and olive) who are indoor/outdoor cats and both are very loveable. They prefer to be outside, so tend to only be inside during the night.

The house has been completely refurbished and has a large kitchen/dining space, 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms and a finished basement with washer/dryer, playroom and cinema room. Garden has recently been renovated and is large with a deck for enjoying the warmer weather.

We are a quick 5 min walk to Walthamstow Central Station. The neighbourhood is quiet and you'd have access to everything you'd need within walking distance..

Must be LGBTQ friendly. no further pets and no couples.
