Double Room in Spacious Victorian House

We're a friendly household of three (2M, 1F) with a double room available in our spacious Victorian terraced house in the heart of Walthamstow.

A double room at the top of a large, characterful house. Plenty of space to make it your own.

The house
Genuinely spacious — one of those things that's hard to convey in an ad but easy to appreciate in person. There's a large living room, a lovely garden for warmer months, a bath and shower, a dishwasher and washing machine, and plenty of shared living space throughout.

Who you'd be living with
Two PhD researchers at UCL studying neuroscience and consciousness. Sociable but busy, tidy, and relaxed. We try and keep our house a calm and cozy place to relax in around a meal or a film.

St James Street Overground (direct to Liverpool Street) – 8 min walk
Blackhorse Road (Victoria line) – ~12 min walk

Nature on the doorstep
One of the greenest pockets of east London — all the green space you could want while still being in the city:

The area
Independent cafés, restaurants, a bakery or two, easy access to groceries — St James Street has a relaxed, neighbourhood feel and a closeness to nature that's hard to beat in east London.
