Double room available in Walthamstow

We have a double room in a lovely house share on a quiet road in the Walthamstow Village area available 1st June.

The house is friendly, we like to have a chat when we’re around, and are equally pretty low-maintenance. There's a sunny garden with plenty of room for growing things (the tomato plants thrived last summer!), so the house would suit plant lovers. We like a homely, peaceful atmosphere, and keep the place clean and tidy.

We’re looking for like-minded professional female housemates, who are respectful, clean and tidy, might like sharing a meal or cooking together every now and then, having a chat and a cuppa, and are wanting to create a homely atmosphere.

A little bit about us - I'm 43, half Chinese and half Scottish, left leaning, into theatre, music, books. I love cold water swimming and walks in Epping Forest. Rachel is 40years old, Canadian and has been living in London around 10 years now. She works as a waitress in a restaurant in the southbank center, and also teaches yoga once a week and once in a while puts a class on for her friends. She also have a lovely little cat named Birdie. Haruka is from Japan, 30 years old, working at a bakery as a FOH/barista in Walthamstow and is expert in growing Japanese vegetables.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Wood Street station and 20 minutes to Walthamstow Central and the Victoria line. The area is great, with local gyms, cafes, shops and Hollow Pond on our doorstep.

Bills come to approx. £150 per month.
