You are welcome to sit and relax in the living room. There’s no telly but you’re welcome to use your devices to watch stuff in there.

Area: The house is a cute Victorian cottage-style terrace modernised over the years for cosy comfort. Cosy, safe and homely we are situated in a great Stow community location (with families, professionals etc) where everything is in a walkable distance- great if you love the 15min walkable city concept! (10-15min walk from Lloyd Park, High st and Blackhorse Road St.) . Forest Rd is 3 mins walk away with plenty of buses to hop on to).

The outside spaces still need some work, so the garden is not quite ready for any outdoor meals/entertaining... but Green-fingered housemates are welcome to have a small plot out there to tinker on during their stay.

Minimum stay is set at 2 month

The minimum notice is 1 month to be given on your rent day (or before)

Please note-I work from home in the communal area, so Im afraid this room is not suitable for someone who WFH FT as well (because it will just end up distracting me-any excuse for me really!) so the rates have been set for a M-F, 9-5er accordingly
