The Flat:
The flat is situated in Bakersfield, sandwiched between Tufnell Park and Holloway. The double room is fully furnished and very quiet in the evenings. The flat has 2 showers and 2 toilets (located across 3 different bathrooms) which is extremely useful in the mornings. The kitchen has plenty of fridge/freezer space, an oven, electric hobs and washing machine/dryer. All bills and WiFi are included within the rent. The flat has both stairs and lift access.

Your Flatmates:
Housemates are a variety of a postgraduate, a PhD student and a recently graduated professional. They are lovely, friendly people who are also very clean and tidy! If you are a quiet person they will respect your privacy but additionally are always up for a chat.

Transport:
The flat is located 10-15 minutes from (Northern Line) Tufnell Park Tube Station (I usually do it in less when in a rush) and 10-15 minutes from Holloway Road and Caledonian Road Tube Stations (Piccadilly Line). There are a variety of bus stops within 5 minutes of the flat that frequently provide service to central London. Getting into central London is very easy, with it usually taking me about 20-25 minutes to get to Euston and Kings Cross. If you are a cyclist, there is bike storage available.

Location:
As someone who enjoys running, walking and cycling, one of the highlights of the flat is its proximity to green space. Hampstead Heath is located exactly 2 Kilometres from the flat, Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk is 2.5 Kilometres away. There are a variety of lovely cafes within a 5-10 minute walk and Holloway Road is 10 minutes away that has many supermarkets and other amenities.

Although on the ad the tenancy is a maximum of 5 months, there is an option to stay longer if you wish.
