Cosy ground floor double room with own bathroom (not en suite, but the rest of the house has their own). The room is unfurnished except for the wardrobe. We’ve just signed onto a two year lease last summer so no rent increases expected :)

Located on a quiet street just a 3 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, with loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby (Little tesco is only a 3-minute walk).
Well connected with multiple bus routes and stations nearby:
Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) - 12 min walk
Gospel Oak Station (Mildmay and Suffragette
Line) -15 min walk
214 and 88 bus a 3 minute walk. C11 bus a <1 minute walk.
The house is really spacious with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen/laundry area, and garden area.
You’d be living with three other women (28-33) (four including scout, the cat)

We're looking for someone sociable and easygoing, someone who's up for hanging out (dog walks, pub trips and board games nights!) but also appreciates a respectful and relaxed home vibe. We're all sociable but also like our alone time and are respectful of the space! We usually prefer nights in watching films or crap reality TV versus big nights out, but also like to host the occasional BBQ in summer.

The landlord is super chilled and lets us do our own thing, he visits London every year or so to check in but otherwise we just message when we need him.

We are looking to host viewings by end of next week, with a move in date for 1st June.
