2-Months Sublet/Contract Takeover

Hiya I am moving out of my flat in Tufnell Park (N7) at the end of June/early July, and I’m looking for someone to replace me until the end of August! It’s a little early, but I wanted to put some feelers out there for this sunny bedroom!

It’s in a quiet area within equal distance (10 mins) to Caledonian Road, Tufnell Park and Kentish Town stations. The flat has a sunny living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and a toilet downstairs who you will be sharing with 2 other girls. You will have your own shelf in the fridge, and kitchen cupboard; you’re also welcome to store books on the bookshelves in the living room, in addition to the many storage cupboard in the bedroom!

The flat is 30 mins away to the British Library, SOAS, UCL, LSE, KCL, and Central. As well, as a 30 mins walk to Kings Cross.

🥕The flatmates:
The other girls are Kat (24) and Lara (25). We all met at SOAS, one of them is in her final year at SOAS and the other is a waitress at the Devonshire, Soho. We love cooking, trying new restaurants, drinks with friends and watching the telly together. We would love a sociable and easygoing professional/student girl to join us!
