Sunny Room in Tufnell Park Victorian Terrace

Hey!!! One of our flatmates has been given the opportunity to move to NYC for work, so we're looking for a replacement.

It's a garden facing bright double room at the top of the flat.

The flat itself has a separate kitchen and lounge, bathroom, toilet, shared garden and a balcony.

We're pretty much equidistant between Archway and Tufnell Park tube stations (~10 mins) and about 5mins from Holloway road overground and plenty of bus stops. 17 min cycle to Soho!

In terms of amenities, there's an M&S and Aldi at Archway, a Lidl and Morrisons up the road, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a couple of gyms within 5 minutes walk!

A bit about myself, I'm a software engineer and have a hybrid work/home schedule. Pretty into my music and occasionally cook!

My flatmate Joe is an urban planner and sometimes travels with work or is often in the office. He’s quite active, gym, cycling, running, and dips in the Heath year round.

Bills come to around £150 each a month.

Looking ideally for a move in date around mid May - June.
