The flat is bright, airy, comfortable and clean and located on the top floor of a Victorian house in Tufnell Park, N19, Zone 2…Easy access to Kings Cross or into the centre of town. The flat it is a 2-3 minutes walk from Tufnell Park Tube station and Archway, both Zone 2.
Regular bus routes every few minutes from right outside the front garden gate. Kings Cross is only 10 minutes away by bus or tube. The room is an airy spacious double bedroom with a big double glazed window, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk...and of course a comfortable double bed. Utilities are shared for fair usage and the council Tax (band D) is split each month. The kitchen has all the usual mod cons including a dishwasher and clothes washing machine. There is great bathroom with a huge mirror.
If you are looking for a safe, clean and quite place to live with plenty of personal space this is the flat for you. I'm a live out landlord and spend long periods away due to family and work commitments. So this would be like having your own place, completely to yourself for most of the time. The room is for single occupancy.
Tufnell Park, London, N19…which is a very friendly and safe area. All conveniences, shops, supermarkets, amazing local restaurants and cafes with some great pubs, Camden Town with its famous market is only a few minutes bus ride away or within easy walking distance with great shops on the way. Hampstead Heath is London's biggest park isa 3 minute walk from the flat.
