We have one room available in our home!
The room is on the second floor with a bathroom right next door which is shared with one other person. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving unit. The room is £960 and bills on top come in around £100 per month.
The communal spaces are shared among the 4 tenants and include a large kitchen/living room on the basement level, a patio, and a shared spare room for storage.
You will be living with three friendly girls that are looking for someone to treat the house as a home rather than just a place to live.
Situated on a quiet street just off Columbia Road Flower Market - a few second’s away from the some of London’s best pubs, bakeries, and restaurants.
Buses 55 and 26 are a 1 min walk away, going to Liverpool Street, Old Street and Central London.
Hoxton station is a 7min walk and Bethnal Green/Old Street tubes are also nearby.
