Double Bedroom

I am interested in short-term from 1 week up to 6 weeks, alternatively 2-3 nights a week, Monday to Friday people.

I would like to rent the room to WOMEN preferred.

I have a spare room to rent in my two-bedroom Victorian conversion flat based in the heart of Bruce Grove. Great location, walking distance from the vibrant high street with an array of shops. You will never go hungry around here.

Lots of green space with Bruce Castle Park 2mins and Lordship Recreation Ground 5mins.

Great transport links with access to buses, a 2min walk (24-7), tube (Seven Sisters/Turnpike Lane/Tottenham Hale/Wood Green) and overground Bruce Grove, 2mins to Seven Sisters and 20mins into Liverpool Street.

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a double bed, including a duvet and bedsheets, bedside cabinet, wardrobe desk and chair. The room also includes towels, hair dryers and accessories for those staying on a short-term basis

A light, bright, airy, west-facing room at the back of the property, access to come and go as you please. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom and large living room.

The rent includes all bills and wifi.

I am a professional female working in the city in the fashion sector. I am very active doing things in and around town. Laid back and open-minded.
