2 rooms in Tooting - preferably already frien

Looking for 2 new roomies - Tooting

Hello,

Myself and my housemate are looking for two new housemates as ours are moving out! We have a lovely 4 bed in tooting broadway, right next to St George’s Hospital. Would be great if we could have two girls who are already friends to move in.

The rooms are available from May 16th but can be flexible if need to move in later.

About the house:

- Based right next to St George’s Hopsital

- 10 minute walk to tooting broadway underground station

- 15 minute walk to Tooting overground station

- Great open plan kitchen/social area

- Garden which gets the sun most of the day (proper suntrap), BBQ and garden furniture included!

The rooms (bills not included):

- Both double bedrooms already furnished(smaller room has a small double) on first floor of house

- Both bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor (the other rooms have en-suites so will just be shared between 2)

- Small double £780, perfect for someone based in the office daily as no room for desk and save some money for commuting

- Larger double bedroom £945. Two wardrobes and a desk

- Bills tend to be less than £100 a month

About us:

- We’re two 26 year old girlies who have been friends since school

- super social

- I’m a doctor and my housemate works in software, neither of us really wfh
