Rent: £1,010 incl. all bills, wifi and council tax. In winter can increase to £1,100 max.
Location: 7min walk from Tooting Broadway station. 40mins from central on Northern line to Stockwell, then Victoria line.
Deposit: 5 weeks: £1,019
Contract: Ends 23rd October 2026, but can be renewed if all flatmates agree. None of them want to move out at this point. I need to move out due to money pressure. Must have a UK guarantor or be able to pay rent in advance - should be able to pass all reference checks with the agency.
Room details: On 1st floor, fully-furnished. All but the bookshelf, flower nightstand and wall decorations can stay. I can sell you the desk for £30, a mirror for £15, and a printer for £15.
Lovely patio garden, shared living room, kitchen and one bathroom. Car parking on resident permit basis.

Flatmates which you will be sharing with - two drama school graduate girls living the London life! Doing a mix of jobs and acting work when possible. Must come to see the flat, and also meet the girls to see if you will get on well.
Female flatmate preferred.
Cleanliness is important, so we're looking for someone who is considerate and tidy.

Prefer to socialise some evenings, but also respectful of me time!
