Friendly and Warm House in Tooting Broadway

We’re two female professionals, aged 29 and 30, working in law and publishing, looking for a third professional female housemate to join our home. This would be for the start of a new tenancy beginning on 28/06/2026. Rent is 975 with bills coming to just under £100.

The house is a lovely 3-bedroom property with a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom, located just off Upper Tooting Road on a quiet street and only a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway station. Lidl and Sainsbury’s are both very close by.

The available room is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a double bed, built-in shelves, and a freestanding wardrobe. There’s also space in the corner for a desk and chair, which is ideal for those who work from home.

We’re a social house who enjoy spending time with each other. Whether that’s catching up on the Traitors or going for walks around Tooting Common then ending up somewhere for brunch. We live close to lots of restaurants and Tooting Broadway market is near by, so as a house we like to try out a new place every couple of months. That said, we also each have our own lives and respect each other's space and quiet time.

We're hoping to find someone who we can be friends with rather than just roommates, and who shares similar interests - think brunching across SW London and watching trashy tv (mixed with some true crime for balance of course 😅).
