Double Room in Tooting Broadway

I’m moving out of my spacious double room in Tooting to live with a friend who’s relocating to London, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is a 4-bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, featuring a bright open-plan kitchen and living area. The available room is on the top floor, next to a spare room which is an ideal office space if you work from home, and right by the upstairs bathroom, which you’ll share with one other housemate.

Rent is £1,075 per month, with bills averaging £80–£100 (on the lower end now that we are approaching summer!). We're also in Council Tax Band E which means one of the lowest bands!

The location is just a 5 minute walk to the High Street, a 7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station and a 10 minute walk to Tooting Common

The current split is 3 guys and 1 girl, all working professionals. Most of us are busy during the week with either work or other hobbies, but enjoy socialising, whether that’s a trip to the pub, going for runs, or hitting up Tooting Market.

The room is available from 4th May, and we’re open to a girl or guy joining the house. We’re looking for a clean, friendly working professional, ideally aged 24–27, who’s up for a relaxed and sociable house environment!
