A bright double room is available now in my 2-bed flat, just a 6-minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and right next to St George’s Hospital.

The flat has a cosy living room, a modern kitchen, and a small garden out back with space to sit when the weather’s good.

The room itself feels calm and minimal, with natural light, shelving, and space to make it your own.

You’d be sharing with me — I’m a queer creative, into art and design, and I enjoy cooking. I live here with my very friendly black cat, so you’ll need to be okay with pets. The flat’s kept homely and relaxed, and I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who’ll enjoy the space as much as I do.
