We have a double bedroom available in our lovely house in Tooting, just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway or Tooting Bec. It’s a brilliant spot for commuters 🚇 and anyone who loves having shops, cafés and pubs close by. We’re also not far from Tooting Market, which is always great for food, drinks and a night out 🍸.
You’ll be living with two gals and one guy: Charlotte, 24, working in finance, Izzy, 23, a medical student, and Tom, 25, also studying medicine.
We’re a friendly, easy-going and tidy household who enjoy hanging out for the occasional pub trip 🍻, or bbq 🍗, but also value our own space.
The room is a good-sized double, unfurnished (opportunity to buy from previous tenant) and located on the ground floor. The house has one bathroom and an additional separate toilet, as well as a decent-sized kitchen, a garden, and a small living area with a TV. The room is available from 18th May. Rent is £775 per month, with bills around £100.
