My two housemates and I have 1 furnished bedroom freeing up as of the 31st May 2026 in Tooting as one of our housemates is moving

The room is a furnished double room in a 4 bed house. Rent is £900 and bills are £100 (including council tax). Security deposit is £1000.

It is a modern house and less than a 5 minute walk from SW17 Tooting Broadway (Northern Line). There are lots of shops, restaurants and local amenities on the doorstep.

House is spacious and has a large living room and two showers & toilets. Washing machine included. There is also a study room with a desk and a decent sized back garden.

You will be moving in with two lads and a girl who are social, easy going and like to go out to the pub/nights out and also have nights in. We all go to the gym, stay active and play sports. We all have busy work lives so are preferably looking for like-minded professionals. We are respectful of one’s space but are keen to do things as a house - we also like to keep the house clean and hygienic so it feels more like a home.

We don’t have a gender preference, we are just looking someone decent and respectful.
