Double Room Sublet in Tooting

I’m moving out of my room and looking for a friendly girl to cover my tenancy for a couple of months 😊

📅 Dates: 11th May to 30th June (available for all or part of the dates)
💸 Rent (incl. bills): £1140 per month

The flat has a spacious kitchen, cosy living room, bathroom, and a garden which is perfect now the weather’s getting better.

The room itself is large with loads of storage and plenty of space if you need to set up a desk or work from home.

You’d be living with Hannah (27) who is super friendly, chilled, and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone similar who’s clean and respectful.

📍 Location: Tooting Bec, about a 5 minute walk to the tube, plus loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby.
