Double Room available from June - Tooting Bec

Hello! One of our housemate is leaving and moving with her boyfriend. We are looking to find someone to move in 31st May.

THE ROOM

This room is an east facing bedroom. The room comprises of a small double bed with really spacious cabinet and plenty of storage

THE HOUSE

The house itself is a 70's style semi-detached house in Tooting. We have a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom, storage room, front and rear garden (perfect size for bbqs- though it needs a bit of maintenance atm).

THE AREA

We are in between Tooting Bec and Broadway Station. It’s a 5/10 mins walk to great pubs, shops (aldi, lidl, tesco, sainsbury’s) and loads of good restaurants. The house is also close to Tooting Common which is good when you want to go for a run or chill with your friends or with us.

TRANSPORT

The transport is really good. We are only a 7 mins walk from both tooting bec or broadway station (northern line). There is also a bus stops on the main street which is a 2min walk away.

The house is generally quiet and peaceful.

RENT

The rent is 410 and the bills included.

HOUSEMATE WANTED:

We are looking for someone who has a positive and sociable character to add to the house. We want a new tenant who is clean and tidy, and who will not mind weekly chores to keep the house nice.

We always keep our options open and we would be happy with a guy if they are the right fit
