The location is a 10 minute walk to Tooting Thameslink station and a 5 minute bus ride to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line). A Lidl and several pubs and coffee shops/bakeries are also close by

You’ll be living with Hollye and Shan, who are friendly and easy going housemates.

Hollye works as an engineer in an offshore construction company so is away quite a bit. Hollye likes gardening, hanging out with friends and enjoys a nice wine at home on a quite night. Hollye is social and down for an occasional night out but also enjoys some alone time.

Shan is South African, and is a freelance designer so she mostly wfh. She enjoys pilates, walks around the common, hanging out with her friends as well as chilled nights in with a good wine or book. Similar to Hollye, she is down for a spontaneous night out!

We are looking for a professional to move in around the 20th of May who is clean & tidy, considerate and will fit into our flat dynamic.
