We’ve got a cosy little spot in Tooting and we’re on the hunt for a lovely human to join our home 🏡

Location-wise, it’s a win: 2 mins from Tooting Overground and about 15 mins to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line), so getting into central London is super easy. Plus, we’re surrounded by great coffee ☕️, food spots, and green spaces!

The flat itself has a big, bright living room and a great outdoor space (aka BBQ central in the summer 🌞). The room is on the smaller side, but what it lacks in size it makes up for with a really nice, homely vibe and plenty of shared space to spread out, WFH, or just flop on the sofa after a long day.

You’d be living with Bernardo (32), a sporty, easygoing researcher from Costa Rica, and Michelle (me) (33), who’s been in London for 10 years and is into running, music, and exploring markets. I travel a fair bit for work, but I love a cosy night in when I'm back. The house vibe is chilled, friendly, and respectful, definitely not a party flat! but we’re always up for a chat, a movie night, a glass of wine, or a spontaneous walk.

The practical bits: rent is £800/month, bills are around £110/130, and the move-in date is 18th May.

We’re looking for someone in their late 20s-30s who’s tidy, considerate, and has their life (mostly) together 😄 Someone who wants a home, not just a room.
