Hi there, I have a lovely double room available to rent from May.

The room is bright and cosy, comes furnished with built in wardrobes, bed and bedside table.

It’s part of a two bed, third floor flat that’s spacious and well laid out, with a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and shared bathroom. All the furniture and fittings are brand new, with some more to come.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other (me), it’s a relaxed and easygoing spot, a great space for someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home rather than just a place to stay.

It’s a handy location - 4 min walk to Tooting Bec tube, 10 minutes to Balham station and close to Tooting Common. Tons of bars, restaurants, cafes etc just round the corner.

All bills included in the price including a cleaner every other week.
