I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to take over a lovely room in the flat I currently live in, as my flatmate is moving abroad.

Well connected with Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec, Earlsfield, and Wandsworth Common all within easy reach.

• Bright southwest-facing flat, full of natural light throughout the day
• Located on the fourth floor, with gorgeous sunset views
• A full-length terrace across the flat – perfect to unwind in the evenings

• A park right next door – ideal for walks or downtime
• Secure bike storage in a large basement area
• Parking spot available
• Only two people living in the flat, so it stays relaxed and easygoing

💸 Details:
• Rent: £1,000/month
• Bills: approx. £180/month per person
• Deposit: £1,500
• Move-in date: 15th June

🏡 I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and genuinely love it – it’s been a great place to live.

📄 Important note:
The tenancy will need to be renewed on 15th June, so I’m looking for someone who is able to take over and sign the contract themselves. I would have loved to do this myself, but I’m currently in between jobs and unfortunately not able to take it on at this time.
