The whole flat is refurbished with oak wooden flooring. It's a bright spacious flat. We have kept the house homely and tidy and you will be sharing with easy going Italian male. Property is 10 min walking to Surrey Quays & Canada Water .Tesco express and Asda are at walking distance too. The double room is pretty large and the bed is really comfortable.

I am going away on holiday and renting my Big room . (Parking needs permit from local authorities, I can help you get a visitor permit)

Price is for single occupancy only .
There is a good size balcony over looking an open garden & park next to The Thames (1 min. walk).
Security Entrance.
The Flat is on the 4th floor with a lift and stairs.
For couples I would accept at 250 a week

Nearest bus stops; 199, 188, 47 (all at 3 -4 min walk)

Underground lines : jubilee line (Canada water) , London OverGround (surrey quays)
