Double room in 4-bed house in Streatham

Hiya! 👋 Three of us just moved into a beautiful Victorian house together, and we're looking for our fourth (and final!) housemate to complete the crew.

🏠 THE HOUSE
We've got a gorgeous 4-bed house with loads of space to share: a huge living/dining room, a big kitchen, a cellar, and bathrooms to spare (one toilet, one shower room, and a full bathroom).

🛏️ YOUR ROOM
The available room is a double on the first floor, with a window that catches the morning sun and looks out towards the garden.

💸 BILLS
£775/month rent + up to £120/month utilities (paid separately).

📍 LOCATION
We're in a lovely, chill part of Streatham: 5 mins walk to Streatham Common station, 15 mins to Streatham station, with plenty of bus stops nearby. There's a big Tesco by the station, and Streatham Common park is just two blocks away for when you need some green.

👋 ABOUT US
You'd be living with Will (35, bartender), George (23, spy), and me (35, insect curator). We have pretty varied schedules, George and I do 9-to-5 office jobs and are rarely home during the day, while Will mostly works evenings, so the house never feels too full at once (even if we're all here, it's big enough!)

We're a tidy, organised bunch who enjoy each other's company. There's a great pub down the road and Will is an excellent cook, so there are definitely perks. That said, we also totally respect alone time and doing your own thing.

We're looking for someone who:
• Keeps shared spaces clean and tidy, that's important to us!
• Wants to actually be part of the household, not just a ghost with a room key. The occasional shared dinner or pub trip would be ace.
• Is on board with this being a relaxed home rather than a party house. Friends over for a chill evening? Absolutely, just give us a heads up in advance.
