About the rooms
Both rooms are spacious, sun-filled doubles with plenty of storage and room for a desk- great if you work from home. Furnished or unfurnished, your choice.
You'll share a modern kitchen-diner, a cosy lounge, and a large modern bathroom. There's also a private garden ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a long day.

Getting around
An 8-minute walk to Streatham Common station, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge, plus just one stop to Balham (Northern line). Right by Streatham Common and The Rookery - a genuinely lovely part of south-west London to come home to.

About me
I'm a healthcare professional with a hybrid work schedule - in and out of the house at reasonable hours. I keep active (gym, volleyball) and love trying new restaurants. I'm sociable and easy-going, but I genuinely love coming home to somewhere calm and tidy. The house has that feel already, and I'd love to keep it that way.

Who I'm looking for
Someone reliable, tidy, and considerate - a professional who treats the house as a proper home, not just a place to sleep. Single occupancy, non-smoker preferred, no pets.
