About the house
We’re a friendly household living in a spacious 6-bed home in Streatham Hill. It’s a really lovely space with lots of natural light, plants, and a calm, homely feel — we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of that. The house has a large, bright living room, a separate dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms plus an additional toilet, and a big, beautiful garden (one of us enjoys growing veg). There’s also permit street parking and a cleaner who comes fortnightly. Bills usually come to around £100–£150 per month depending on the season. Deposit is 6-weeks rent (£1026).

Location
Under a 5-minute walk to Streatham Hill station and nearby bus stops, with easy access to Brixton, Balham, and Clapham Common. There are plenty of local shops, cafés, gyms, and restaurants nearby.

The room – £741
A bright, private top-floor double room with views of greenery and a quiet feel. It comes with a bed and mattress, a dresser/vanity unit, bedside table, open wardrobe/rail, and additional storage under the bed.

About us
We’re currently a household of girls working across healthcare, charity conservation and hospitality. It’s a friendly and easygoing house — some of us are often out and about, but we also enjoy spending time together at home. A couple of us host friends and there’s a social vibe.

Pets
One of the housemates has cats, so being comfortable with that is important!

Vegan household
We’re a vegan household and are looking to keep it that way, so ideally you’re vegan or happy to live in a fully plant-based home.
