Situated on the top floor with plenty of breathing room and sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate. 4 people in the house in total with another bathroom and shower downstairs, the house features a lovely kitchen/living area + spare room for drying clothes and storage.

The bedroom has two large windows which catch plenty of sun - comes with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, double bed + mattress and a bedside table. Unique feature of the room is that it also has eaves storage!

Situated in a leafy, quiet suburban street, the house also has a small garden with plenty of sun -perfect for drying clothes on the line in the summer and having a few drinks/BBQ when weather permits.

The room will be available from June 1st. :) Rent is very reasonable at £716 a month with bills coming to ~£100 each depending on the season, private landlord who is very responsive leaves us to our own devices.
