Hey! I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to join my flatshare, as my current flatmate is moving back home 😢 so a gorgeous double room is becoming available from the end of June.

The flat is just off Streatham High Street, super well located for shops, cafes and transport, about a 10 min walk to Streatham & Streatham Hill, plus really easy buses to Brixton and Tooting Bec.

The flat itself is bright ☀️, spacious and really homely, with a big living room, lots of natural light and wooden floors throughout.

The room is a really great size, comes with a bed, space for a desk (perfect if you WFH), and has a small walk-in wardrobe which is such a bonus.

Rent is £890 pcm including bills, with a £650 deposit 💸

You’d be living with me, I’m 32, work full-time in PR for a TV production company, and I’m easygoing, tidy and respectful. It’s a friendly, relaxed flat, always up for a chat, an Aperol or a chilled night in 😊
