Part time double room available in Tooting.

Hi,
I’m offering a furnished double room in my flat in Tooting on a part-time basis — available for two weeks each month on a consistent, repeating schedule (when my son is staying with his dad).

This would suit someone who needs a regular London base but doesn’t need full-time accommodation — for example someone working in London part-time, commuting in, or splitting their time between places.

A bit about the home:
I live here with my 16-year-old son (who is here half the time). It’s a relaxed, friendly, lived-in home — not a pristine show flat — so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that and respectful of shared space.

The room is my daughter’s old room, with a double bed. Some cupboard space is in use, but there is still space for belongings.

The arrangement:
- 2 weeks per month (same pattern each month)
- Bills included
- Not suitable for full-time living

I’m ideally looking for one person who uses the room regularly each month, rather than multiple short stays.

I’m open-minded about age, but it’s important to me to find someone who is warm, easygoing, and fairly independent. I always prefer to meet beforehand to make sure it feels like a good fit for both of us.
