Small double room available in a 3bed maisonette near Stratford, and a second, larger double bedroom will be available around May 15th.

You would be sharing with two other house mates. One of your house mates would be Mel, from Hong Kong, who has lived in the UK and US for over 20 years. She is 40 and works as a psychotherapist. The third bedroom is also available for rent.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac, has a front and back garden and a large living room and kitchen.
We are 8min walk from Maryland station.

The rooms are available on a rolling monthly let, and we can be slightly flexible with moving dates for the ideal flatmate.
All bills are included in the rent except for electricity which is about £30 per person.
