Hi everyone! I will have a lovely double room available from mid May in Stratford, £1050 p/m not including bills except water. Bills about £150 p/m.

Onsite gym and concierge included 🏋‍♀️📩

Possibility of moving in earlier or later (start of May through to end of June) as have some flexibility with current flatmate.

Council tax band D.

The flat is available firstly as a lease takeover from May (as my lovely current flatmate is moving back to the US), then as part of a 12-month contract from October with a break clause in March.

The flat is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-balcony place with lots of natural light and is situated within a fab modern development.

<10 minutes walk from AMAZING tube/train/bus connections and the big Westfield shopping centre. Right on the edge of the huge Olympic park and a short walk from Hackney Wick and all the canal loveliness there 💖

You would have your own bathroom (the main one) as I just use my ensuite.

Option to keep the desk and mirror in the room if you like, plus my old office chair (not pictured)

We have a dishwasher 😃

You would be sharing with me, a 28 year old single professional who usually works from home 🏡

I am bi, so if you prefer an LGBT+ household then that works, but you don't have to be queer to live here 🤣

Balance is key :) I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but also a relaxed environment... and am often down for a yap / tv sesh while also enjoying time alone. Would love to become friends with whoever takes the room !
