Hi! I’ve just signed the contract for a spacious 2-bed flat in Stoke Newington and am looking for a flatmate to share it with. Apologies for the current photos, I only have very few and screenshots from the original ad, but I'll update them as soon as possible!

* New floorboards, built-in cupboard, and a non-functional fireplace

💷Rent is £1150 a month plus bills. Bills should be around £150 including council tax, water, gas and electric plus internet

The deposit is 5 weeks of the rent which is £1,326.5

The flat is rented through a private landlord who ask for the following references: Payslips from employment, previous landlord reference, right to rent if needed, passport or ID and he also did a soft credit check. Benefits accepted

* The flat is on one level. Stairs are approximately 60-75 stairs

About Me:
You’ll be living with me, female 39 from Germany. I’ve been in London for 14 years and I know the area well. I work as a Senior Lecturer in Illustration and also freelance. I love anything related to art and enjoy going swimming. I’m neurodivergent (ADHD) so it's a neurodivergent friendly place. I have a sweet, shy female cat, who is friendly but a bit reserved at first.

About You:
I’m looking for someone who wants to create a home and is happy to share responsibilities (cleaning, bills, etc.). It would be great if we can be friends, share dinner or drinks on occasion, or just chatting when we both feel like it. However, I also respect personal space and alone time as I understand how life can get stressful.
Pets are allowed, but please note that while my cat is fine with other cats, I’m unsure how she’ll react to dogs. A meet-and-greet between the animals can be arranged to see how they get along.
