We are looking for a 4th gal to take a double room in our 4 bed Stoke Newington house!!

About the house 🏡
The house is a gorgeous 4 bed, 1.5 bath, with a large kitchen/ social area, a lounge, a private garden space, and a shared community garden with our neighbours! We are just off of Church Street, meaning there are plenty of cute shops/ cafes around and just a 10 min walk to clissold park!
Rent - £770 (deposit £915)
Bills- tbc, approx £100

About us 💁🏼‍♀️
We are Alysha (29), Inaaya (25) and Lois (25) all young professionals on hybrid schedules looking for a sociable gal of a similar background to join us!!
Lois and Inaaya are school friends who has been living together for the last 3 years and we recently met Alysha on gals who rent to buddy up with. We are keen for the occasional shared dinner/ pub trip and really want to find a friend rather than a housemate, but of course also respect each others down time and do have our own friend groups.
