Double room in Stoke Newington

I have a double room available in my flat in Stoke Newington. It’s a two-bedroom split level flat with the two bedrooms on different floors. There are two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living space. The bedroom will have a double wardrobe fitted in by the time you move in (replacing the sideboard you can see in the photo), and you’ll have the bathroom to yourself as my room is en-suite.

Stoke Newington is a great area - and the flat is a two-min walk to Rectory Road overground as well as decent bus routes to central London and Dalston overground stations are an approx 15-minute walk.

You’d be living with me: I’m 28, work in Central London, and travel quite a bit.

I’m easy going and social, and always interested in meeting new people so I’m looking for someone who is happy to to be part of the house or heading out for a drink from time to time.
