It’s the extra-large main bedroom of a three bedroom, split level, flat in Stockwell. Sun filled (when the sun is out) and spacious, with a double bed, mirror, and built in wardrobe.
🏡 THE FLAT 🏡
Less than a five minute walk from Stockwell tube station (which is honestly a godsend, being on TWO tube lines - Victoria line and Northern line) the flat is a spacious three bed, on the fourth floor of a five floor building (60 steps up, but there is a lift too!).
It is split across two levels, with a large living room and separate kitchen downstairs, and the three bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet upstairs. We also have a small balcony going out from the living room.
👸 HOUSEMATES 👸
You’d be living with Eleni (Aussie, actor, works a bunch of other jobs when not acting) and Meg (Kiwi, works in music industry)! It’s a gorgeous household vibe. We have quite different schedules, but like to chill, spend time together or go out together when we're all free, but also respect each others' space and time.
💰 THE RENT + BILLS 💰
Rent: £843 per calendar month
Bills: Varies with the time of year, but roughly £100-125 a month, including council tax (band C), water, electricity and internet.
Deposit: £675
Tenancy: current lease is until the 13th of September, with option to extend another year!
📆 MOVE IN DATE - TWO OPTIONS (wow they’re so flexible!) 📆
Official move-in date/lease take over would be from the 14th of June, however the room will be available from the 28th of May, if you would like to sublet for two weeks prior to jumping onto the lease!
